The end of 2017 draws near
We look forward to the newness with cheer
Many had a year filled with joy
Some faced adversity and discourse
But as for me I choose to move forward
Hopeful inspired feet plant on my course
Knowing I will be one day with you
No other love compares every day I wake anew
The vision is plain and has not changed
Staying humble obedient especially when my life is rearranged.
I must put in the work
Clear intentional with every report
This life I dedicate to you
